Y、YKK系列高壓三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)是國家根據(jù)節(jié)能、優(yōu)化等原則大力推廣的新產(chǎn)品，我公司按照國家和行業(yè)的相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)了Y、YKK系列3KV、6KV、10KV多種型號(hào)的高壓三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)。

Y、YKK系列高壓三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、重量輕，節(jié)能、噪音低、振動(dòng)小，可靠性高、使用壽命長(zhǎng)，安裝維護(hù)方便等特點(diǎn)。

本系列電動(dòng)機(jī)廣泛適用于各種通風(fēng)機(jī)、水泵、破碎機(jī)、壓縮機(jī)、機(jī)床、運(yùn)輸機(jī)械等無特殊要求的機(jī)械設(shè)備。是礦山、機(jī)電、石油、化工、電站等工礦企業(yè)重要的原動(dòng)力設(shè)備。

本系列電機(jī)采用F級(jí)絕緣，溫升按B級(jí)絕緣考核，額定電壓3KV、6KV、10KV，額定頻率50Hz，基本安裝型式為臥式帶地腳（IMB3）結(jié)構(gòu)，防護(hù)等級(jí)為IP23、IP44、IP54冷卻方式為IC01、IC11、IC21、IC31、IC611、IC616。

使用條件：

1、海拔不超過1000米。

2、環(huán)境空氣溫度，不超過40℃。

注：如電動(dòng)機(jī)指定在海拔超過1000m或環(huán)境空氣溫度高于或低于40℃的條件下使用時(shí)，應(yīng)按GB755-2008的規(guī)定。

3、環(huán)境空氣溫度：對(duì)采用滾動(dòng)軸承的電動(dòng)機(jī)為-15℃，對(duì)采用滑動(dòng)軸承的電動(dòng)機(jī)為0℃，或按協(xié)議。

4、月平均相對(duì)濕度為90%，同時(shí)該月的月平均溫度不高于25℃。

5、電動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)行期間電源電壓和頻率與額定值的偏差應(yīng)按BG755-2008的規(guī)定。

Y, YKK series high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motor is a new product which is vigorously promoted by the state according to the principles of energy saving, optimization and environmental protection. Our company has designed and developed Y, YKK series 3KV, 6KV, 10KV high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motor according to the relevant national and industrial standards.

Y, YKK series high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors have the characteristics of compact structure, light weight, high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, low vibration, high reliability, long service life, easy installation and maintenance.

This series of motors are widely used in all kinds of ventilators, pumps, crushers, compressors, machine tools, transport machinery and other mechanical equipment without special requirements. It is an important power equipment for mining, electromechanical, petroleum, chemical, power plant and other industrial and mining enterprises.

This series of motors adopt F-class insulation, temperature rise is assessed according to B-class insulation, rated voltage 3KV, 6KV, 10KV, rated frequency 50Hz, basic installation type is IMB3 structure, protection grade is IP23, IP44, IP54 cooling mode is IC01, IC11, IC21, IC31, IC611, IC616.

Conditions of use:

1. No more than 1000 meters above sea level.

2. Ambient air temperature, not more than 40 degrees Celsius.

Note: If the motor is designated to be used at an altitude of more than 1000m or ambient air temperature above or below 40 C, it shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB755-2008.

3. Ambient air temperature: for the motor with rolling bearings, it is - 15 C, for the motor with sliding bearings, it is 0 C, or according to the agreement.

4. The monthly average relative humidity is 90%, and the monthly average temperature is not higher than 25 C.

5. The deviation between the voltage and frequency of the power supply and the rated value during the operation of the motor shall be in accordance with the provisions of BG755-2008.
